There is good news for the Waterways development in Sallins. NAMA, who own most of the vacant units in the estate, have reached an agreement with an adjacent landowner to resolve the outstanding drainage issues in the estate. This was a necessary step to satisfy the original planning conditions so that the remaining units could be sold and occupied. If this resolution proceeds as planned, it will hopefully usher in a bright future for the Waterways and the wider Sallins community.
