I hope the summer is going well for you, and that you enjoyed your holiday in Connemara. Over in Devon for the moment. We had some days of sunny weather a few days ago, though greyness seems to have set in again. Took advantage of the fine weather to go out for a few long walks. One advantage of England over Ireland: the public footpath network. Vaguely wondering if the sunshine reached Ireland. When not out walking, putting in a fair amount of time and thought trying to mug up on those areas of probability theory (e.g., martingales and stochastic calculus) that I never got round to studying before. Must remember to clock up the time on those timesheets us lazy lecturers seem to be expected to fill in these days! All the best.
