Big News for families in Kildare!

32 new primary schools in Kildare are joining the Hot School Meals Programme starting April 2025! That means more hot, nutritious meals for our kids.

This is part of a bigger, better hot school meals programme by Fianna Fáil in Government nationally with a combined – 713 new schools- 131,700 more children- 475,000 kids now eligible nationwideAnd here’s the best part, a nutritional review is underway with a clear aim to deliver healthier options with less sugar, salt, and saturated fat.

This is all about giving our kids the fuel they need to learn, grow, and succeed. Hot meals = Healthy kids = Bright futures!
