Sports Capital Grants are vital to clubs in our local community. I have worked with rugby clubs in Celbridge, a boxing club in Clane, and soccer clubs in Naas who are always looking for funding to continue the excellent work they do in the community and success in their field. I would urge those involved in similar organisations to use the down time over Christmas to begin to gather the information needed to apply on the 23rd January 2017.”
It is a comprehensive application and those interested should register at https://www.sportscapitalprogramme.ie/ to make the process that bit easier for themselves. There is a short window to apply, closing on the 24th February. I am assisting some clubs with their applications and would be delighted to help any other interested organisations.
