James here has clearly layed out a strategy, a plan and a focus that we can implement in our own units and organisations. Renewal is not just a word that gets thrown around the meetings, you have to get out there and make it happen... this sort of action plan will help us make that jump. 10/10 I will be giving James my vote in the upcoming Committee of 20 elections.
