		<description>James, the more I talk to FF activists the more I think they are beginning to realise that our current political system needs to be radically changed. I&#039;ve a friend who was a city councillor in the Netherlands, and she worked hard, as a councillor. But she thought that the workload Irish politicians bring upon themselves was both crippling, and, in her case, would have made her a far less effective county councillor. The current voting system, which puts geographical loyalty first whilst restricting proportional representation has kept a whole generation of people out of politics, primarily because they want to be legislators and not local grafters.</description>
