		<description>Hi James,

was informed of your meeting only this afternoon, I was just on the last word with matt cooper discussing this issue. Investigation been carried out by KCC regarding developers drainage and was it as the planning permission granted. KPMG are the liquidators for this estate and I believe major fight with management company regarding finances. Bigger culverts will be put in (3.5ft) instead of what was there (1.5ft). This whole issue is one big mess and exposes a major fault with the planning act. KCC are not legally obliged to take this estate in charge, apartments and townhouses according to the act have to be managed by management companies and this is where KCC can wash their hands of the whole affair. I believe the new planning bill is currently in the senate and will address this issue. I have asked for KCC to do a major clean up once the water has gone, any more news I will pass on and I would be delighted to attend your next meeting.
regards

		<description>Hi Darren,

I&#039;m not sure when your friend contacted you but it if was before the meeting you should have considered it an invite and come along. The nature of the meeting, it was pulled together at short notice, it was a case of people having to take matters into their own hands, everyone put the word out to own networks and I emailed my local contact lists. I am sure everyone will be notified more formally for the next one.

While you are on do you have any updates from the council?
