It must be old because that particular locomotive looks brand new, and they were introduced in 1960/70's I think. Speaking of which, I only just realised that those new "fancy Cork trains" aren't all that great. They still operate on the 200 Class locomotives purchased in late 1980's. The TGV style nose on them is just a control-cab that draws power from the loco at the rear. It's a bit like putting a Lada engine in a brand new Ferrari!! Great picture!
